Dance Student Teacher Education Program

which empowers students to serve as role models, grow as leaders and care for others in their dance studio community.

This Student Teacher and Leadership program, developed by the amazing Jane Grech, provides learning opportunities for our dance, circus and acro students from twelve years of age. Designed to develop leadership and valuable ‘soft skills’ (also referred to as employability skills) such as communication, team work, problem solving and emotional judgement, DanceStep has been described as “the Girl Guides (or Cub Scouts for our awesome young men out there!) of Dance Studios!”

The team at Dance Step are committed and excited to be Empowering Students and Growing Leaders within dance studios all over the world and we are blessed at Galaxy to do the same in facilitating this program.
